It will ask you to accomplish some simple tasks to help you with the quitting process. - Your 2 hours Stop Smoking Session. The hypnotherapy session itself is just two hours long. Your habits and motivations are peered through here in greater detail. Your addiction will be eased out with the help of a bunch of techniques.
