Meet Pauline Moldoun
Hello! I am hypnotherapist!
My name is Pauline Moldoun. As a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist with a diploma in anxiety resilience and stress management, I harness the power of hypnosis as well as mindfulness and third wave therapies such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy to help people lead happier, healthier lives.
My interest in this technique was driven by a rare genetic syndrome I suffer called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I found hypnosis sessions to be transformational in helping me with pain management, reducing my dependency on painkillers, improving my mobility, assisting with weight loss and so much more.
My desire to help people like myself who suffer from persistent conditions to cope and enjoy life lead me to the idea of online hypnotherapy sessions. If you feel like your condition rules your life and your dreams are limited, don’t give up hope – hypnotherapy has the potential to help anyone at any time.

Biography
I have obtained a Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapist diploma and Stress management and anxiety resilience diploma at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I offer a friendly and down-to-earth approach to Hypnotherapy, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk.
With training and a focus on the evidence-based therapies, I work flexibly and collaboratively, tailoring treatments to the needs of each client.
I am also trained in several specialist therapeutic approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy ( ACT ), Progressive relaxation training (PRT), mindfulness-based approaches. I regularly attend high-quality professional training and conferences to continue to develop my knowledge and offer an “up to date” practice to my client.
Personal Experience
I have suffered from chronic pain and anxiety to a genetic disease called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome with dysautonomia. After exercising most of the conventional resources, I found out that hypnosis and CBT techniques amazingly useful and profoundly life-changing.
It helps me with pain and anxiety so much that I decided to change my career.
For me, the key to overcome trauma and life changes that came with my disease was changing my perceptions, be fully present despite the challenges that come with life. My life experience has increased my desire to help people become more resilient.
